My take: Some kids are demure, others can’t stop moving. We meet children where they are and create a fun and relaxed session to capture this delightful moment in their little lives. Plus, of course, a good “look at the camera” photo for the holiday card.

    Family Session Portrait Photographer in San Diego

    If you are looking for relaxed family photography and vacation portraits in San Diego, look no further. Jennifer Dery Photography has been photographing families in Coronado, Del Mar, La Jolla, San Diego, La Mesa, at beaches, parks, homes, and urban areas since 2008.     1. How do we work with a family photographer? / What is the process?
      • View the images on this page. If you like the work, see if we have a date available for you and book using our online portal. Iff you have specific questions please reach out via email first.
    2. What should we wear for family portraits?
      • We will send you a clothing guide right after you book. It will help you with color palettes and ideas for the whole family. Alternately, for an additional fee, we offer the services of a personal stylist to help you shop for your whole family.
    3. Where in San Diego can we find good locations for family portraits?
      • There are opportunities all our this great city. We will have a planning conversation on the phone soon after booking to help pick the best location for your family. If you have a specific location in mind, just email to make sure it will work for photography before booking.
    4. How much do family session and portraits cost in San Diego?
      • Please refer to our investment list above. We also offer customized options for larger groups.
